Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before processing begins.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Shipping Information
Due to our international fulfillment process, delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days, however delays may occasionally occur due to customs, logistics providers, or high demand periods.

Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of our products and international shipping process, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or personal preference once an order has been processed.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

After verification, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement cannot be provided.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

• The item is confirmed lost in transit and cannot be re-shipped
• A replacement cannot be provided for a damaged or defective product

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Fraud & Chargeback Policy
We encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Opening a chargeback without first contacting our support team may delay the resolution process. We are committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly.
